There are certain occasions when even 16 inches of sleek satin opera glove is not quite enough and for those occasions we have made Petroula, which features everything that you would expect in an opera glove plus the most splendid bow. The bow is velvet so that it offers a carefully calculated textural contrast to the satin of the glove. It sits at the base of a side vent at the top of the arm and is designed to flatter and embellish. Is it over the top? Maybe just a little. But then there are those occasions when just a little bit extra is just what is needed.
